David Levin

David Levin feels strongly about valuing and prioritizing integrity and reliability above all else and has created a culture of providing compassionate care and maintaining high standards throughout all the organizations he has directed. He is passionate about his dream of enabling as many people as possible to easily access excellent care. David identifies candidates who share these values, and leads by example to perpetuate this approach. His strong and impressive track record of growth and achievement is surpassed only by his laser focus on warmth and caring.

His methodologies include careful selection of facility level leadership, strategic focus on improving clinical outcome and reimbursement, reducing waste in staffing and utilizing leveraged negotiation with vendor contracts. Over the course of his professional career, Mr. Levin has attained vast experience in negotiating complex healthcare transactions, including real estate debt, operating lines of credit and equity raises.

Director of Operations

Kyle Dunlap

Born and raised in New England, Kyle Dunlap presently resides in Nevada. With experience in various fields since relocating to Las Vegas in 2010, including restaurant and hospitality management, nonprofit development, and technology startups, Kyle is currently devoted to behavioral healthcare, where he focuses his career path on leadership and administration.

Most recently, Kyle served for five years as the Director of Business Development at Desert Parkway Hospital. He has recently joined the leadership team and will support expansion in the West Coast market in his role as Regional Vice President. Kyle also serves as Board President of NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illness) of Southern Nevada, where he works passionately and collaboratively with the community to advocate for reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.

Chief Operations Director- Sedona Sky Academy

Sharon Laney

As a 30-year veteran in the Therapeutic Industry, Sharon has held an active role in the development of programs at Sedona Sky Academy. Over the last four years on the leadership team, Sharon has used her robust experience to guide the entire leadership team in building Sedona Sky into the high-quality program it is today. Before Sedona Sky Academy, she served in a leadership capacity with Three Springs for twenty-four years, Lakehouse Academy for four years, and Interchange Programs for four years. Although Sharon lives in Georgia, she is a proud Alabaman and an avid Crimson Tide fan. She enjoys staying active with outdoor activities, including volleyball, football, tennis, and traveling.
